1. Eligibility for refunds

As a wholesale supplier, SONIXPRESS provides products in bulk quantities intended for commercial use. Refunds apply only in confirmed cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or order preparation errors. Products that meet specification but do not match subjective expectations (feel, shade, softness, etc.) are not eligible.

Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The claim must include photos, batch labels (if any), order number and a detailed description. This allows our QC team to review the case and propose an appropriate solution.

If the claim is approved, we may offer:

Refunds are processed only after agreement with the customer and, when required, after the return shipment is received and inspected.

5. Return shipments

All returns must be pre-approved. Shipments returned without confirmation may be rejected. Items should be unused, packed securely and returned via a trackable method. Return shipping costs are covered depending on the nature of the claim.
