1. Shipping regions

SONIXPRESS ships wholesale textile orders across the Estonia. Availability of shipping methods depends on location, order volume and carrier limitations.

2. Lead times

Estimated production and dispatch times are shared when confirming an order. Lead times vary depending on fabric stock, dyeing cycles and seasonal demand. Once dispatched, transit duration depends on the chosen carrier.

3. Delivery process

Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners. Tracking information is provided whenever available. The buyer is responsible for ensuring correct delivery details and being available to receive shipments to avoid delays or storage fees charged by carriers.

4. Damaged or missing items

If a shipment arrives damaged, the buyer must notify the carrier immediately and document the issue with photos. Missing cartons or visible packaging damage must be reported on the delivery note at the time of receipt.

5. Undeliverable shipments

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, lack of contact, or inability to receive the parcel, additional shipping or storage fees may apply. A re-delivery attempt is arranged only after confirmation with the buyer.
