SONIXPRESS OU provides wholesale textile products strictly for business use. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you act as a company, rental operator, hotel, clinic or other B2B entity. Retail purchases or personal use orders are not accepted. Product availability, packaging and prices may change without prior notice.
All prices are listed in EUR and exclude taxes unless specifically stated. Orders become binding only after written confirmation or issuance of a proforma invoice. Certain products may require MOQ, batch-based ordering or specific carton quantities. SONIXPRESS reserves the right to decline an order when stock, production capacity or compliance requirements make fulfillment impossible.
Lead times vary depending on fabric availability, dyeing cycles and logistical conditions. Estimated production or delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier. Any transit damage must be reported directly to the carrier according to their rules.
Quality issues, shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include order number, photos and a clear description. Once validated, we may offer replacement items, partial credit or another appropriate solution. Claims caused by improper use, washing, storage or handling are not accepted.
Wholesale textile orders, especially B2B sets, custom-made products, dyed-to-order items and special-size goods are non-returnable. Returns are accepted only when SONIXPRESS confirms a manufacturing defect or preparation error. All return shipments must be pre-approved.
Our liability for any issue is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not responsible for indirect losses, operational downtime, missed revenue, installation delays or third-party damage resulting from delays or product misuse.
